How to Fill a CBD cart
1.Remove the top mouthpiece.
2.Use a Luer Lock Oil Syringe with Needle to extract the CBD oil that you are going to put in the cartridge from its storage container.
3.Deposit the oil into your empty CBD oil tank by pushing down on the plunger of the syringe.
